Most people already know about Facebook and Twitter, but very few understand how to use Google Plus. This course is designed to teach you everything you need to know to get started using Google+. and Google Hangouts. You will have an advantage on the social media front once you add Google+ to your toolbox.

-Controlled sharing (who gets what, and what can they do with it)
-Shareable file types

-Managing events, and event types
-INTEGRATION! Google Drive, Google Calendar and Hangouts.

-Connecting with other educators, and professional knowledge sharing
-Managing Notifications, and notification density.
-Mobile integration with iOS, and Android

-Active chats
-Group chats
-Managing notifications
-Video/voice hangouts
-Google Drive integration
-Google+ event integration
-Mobile hangouts and the location-based maps tools

There will be 2 hours of in-class instruction and hands-on work plus 1 hour of homework. Space is limited to 15 participants so register early if you want a spot.
